Publications
The abstracts and materials will be published before the conference. The related materials will be published in the magazine “The News of Samara Scientific Center of Russian Academy of Sciences’’ which is included in the list of the top periodicals of the Higher Attestation Commission. The abstracts will be published in the scientific article collection of Ulyanovsk State University.
Oral presentations should be of a practical character, be problem raising or contain the new information of scientific, design, technological or any other useful character.
The Organizing Committee shall be entitled to waive the submitted materials publication if they violate the requirements or do not correspond to the key areas of the conference work.
The conference materials should be presented in one of the working languages of the conference and correspond to the conference requirements.
Abstract submission requirements
Abstracts must not exceed 2 pages (without images) and should be typed in the MS Word, Times New Roman 12 pt, 1,5 line spacing. All page margins should be 2,5 cm . The title should contain the name of the abstract (bold capital letters, centered). The body: indentation - 1 cm; full justification. Abstracts must contain a statement of the problem, research methods, results and conclusion.
The file name - by the name of all the authors with the initials, without spaces and points, by a dash and the word “abstract’’ (e.g. IvanovF-PetrovD-SidorovK-thesis.doc).
Materials’ submission requirements
The materials for publication in “The News of Samara Scientific Center of RAS” must be submitted in one hard copy, signed by the author(s), sent to the postal address of the Conference Organizing Committee (42 Leo Tolstoy St., Ulyanovsk, 432017). The electronic version of the materials may be downloaded through the personal account of the participant on the conference official web-site (cals-conf.ru).
Materials should correspond to the sections of the magazine “The News of Samara Scientific Center of RAS” and the passports of scientific specialties within the following groups:
and contain original author’s scientific results and be prepared in accordance with the requirements.
The volume of the abstract - 10 pages A-4 max. The text must be formatted in Times New Roman, Arial, Courier or Symbol font (Microsoft Word), size 12, 1.0 line spacing, with at least 2 cm. upper and lower margins and 2.5 cm. left and right margins. Please use Latin characters in the file names without spaces.
In the abstract please indicate:
- registration code;
- last name, name, patronymic (full);
- job (if present), position, academic degree (if present);
- contact information;
- the name of the article;
- summary;
- key words

Abstracts and materials should be submitted within the period from 25.07.2016 to 14.10.2016 in electronic version through the personal account on the conference web-site cals-conf.ru after signing up an in a hard copy - to the Organizing Committee of the conference (422 Leo Tolstoy St, Ulyanovsk, 432017).
Publication will be declined if the hard copies of the abstracts and materials of the conference as well as support documentation are not submitted.
